Besides this it will be doing business of finance, leasing, hire purchase, merchant banking activities on behalf of the clients. Promoters have good contacts in industrial, financial and banking section and therefore procurement of business will not be a problem. 2004 -Delist from the Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE) with effect from September 2, 2004 2009 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1 2010 -Company has changed its name from Geekay Finance & Leasing Company Ltd. to Sigrun Holdings Ltd. 2012 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to Shop No. 5, Meridian Apartments, Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai - 40058. 2013 -Mr. Rohit Muslonkar has been appointed as a Additional Director of the company. 2014 -Ms. Muninder Kundan has been appointed as a Additional Director of the company.
