The Company was originally formed and registered as a Partnership Firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 ("Partnership Act") in the name and style of "M/s Sotac Pharmaceuticals", pursuant to a deed of partnership dated October 28, 2015. Thereafter "M/s. Sotac Pharmaceuticals" was converted from Partnership Firm to a Private Limited Company under Part I (Chapter XXI) of the Companies Act, 2013 in the name of "Sotac Pharmaceuticals Private Limited" and received a certificate of incorporation dated December 18, 2015 from the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Later on the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on November 12, 2022 and the name of the Company was changed to "Sotac Pharmaceuticals Limited". A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated November 22, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Rs. 17,13,01,433/ from Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation Ltd. for supply of various Pharmaceuticals products.2025-The Company has received  Purchase Order from Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited amounting of Rs. 1,73,55,534/- for supply of Levozet M Tablet.-The Company has received a new work order from Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation Ltd. for supply of pharmaceuticals products of Rs. 27,63,89,634/.
