Consequent to shifting of its Registered Office to Orissa the company obtained a fresh certificate of its Corporation forom Registrar of Companies, Orissa on 4th February, 1991. The company was converted into a public limited company with effect from 1st May 1992. The company is presently engaged in manufacturing of Synthetic Resins.
