The company is having two subsidiaries by name Sandeep Traders and Investments Limited and Stanrose Holdings Limited. 2000 - Credit Rating Information Services ofIndia Ltd has suspended the `FA-' rating assigned to the fixed deposit programme of the company. 2002-Jamshed B Dadachanji resigns from Directorship of Stanrose Mafatlal Investments & Finance. 2003-Mr Bharat N Dave has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company. 2007 -Company has designated E-mail ID for Investors Grievences, as under: stanrose@reliancemail.net 2009 - Stanrose Mafatlal Investments & Finance Ltd has appointed Shri. Madhusudan J.
