November 13, 2009 - The Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 13, 2009. 2020 -Company name changed to Star Housing Finance Ltd. from Akme Star Housing Finance Ltd.. 2022 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
