Thus, the Company becomes a Public Limited Company with the change in name as Step Two Corporation Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to the change in name was issued on 24th December, 1996. The Board of Directors comprises of qualified professionals and eminent business personalities/ industrialists under whose direct guidance and supervision our Company's activities are being conducted.
