Further, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated July 20, 2024 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Sumax Engineering Private Limited" to "Sumax Engineering Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 18, 2024 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
