The Company was originally incorporated as `Suntech Infra Solutions Private Limited' a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 at Delhi pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated April 27, 2009, issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana ("RoC"). Thereafter, name of our Company was changed from `Suntech Infra Solutions Private Limited' to `Suntech Infra Solutions Limited', consequent to conversion of the Company from Private to Public company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company on April 22, 2024, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on July 02, 2024.
