November 19, 2014.-Surana Solar has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 5/--The Company has changed its name from Surana Ventures Ltd. to Surana Solar Ltd.            2016-"Letter of Award for EPC and O&M contract of 10MW (AC) Solar Power Plant at Paradip Port, Odisha".Order received for supply of Solar Modules for 5 MW Solar Power Plant.2021-The Acquisition of Surana Infotech Private Limited-The Company wins "Intimation of Award by Arbitral Tribunal".
