The company is listed in BSE for the last 15 years and has handled more than 70 public issues so far. It has an excellent track record of offering services to various industry segments and has been able to add value to the clients through strategic financial solutions and advise. Over the years it has involved itself into activities such as foreign listing, ADR/GDR issues, debt syndication and private placement for its prestigious corporate clients. With an eye on the changing financial landscape in the country the company has also positioned itself as niche player by selectively picking up important clients and providing them comprehensive financial solutions. 2014 -Mr. Sanjay Khandelwal appointed as an Independent Director of the compnay. 2021  -CX Partners backed Veeda gets SEBI nod for IPO. 2024 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
