The Company was listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 15, 2010 and trading under the scrip code 533170. 2009 : -The Authorised Share Capital of the Company increased from Rs. 2.00 Crore to 10.00 Crore according to the Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat vide order No. 4142/09 dated 23.1.2009. 2010 -Tamboli Capital-The equity shares of Tamboli Capital Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities. 2012 -Tamboli Capital have recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.50 per share i.e. 5% on equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each. 2013 -Tamboli Capital has recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.55 per share i.e. 5.50% on equity shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- each. 2014 -Tamboli Capital have recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.60 per share i.e. 6.00% on 99,20,000 equity shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- each. 2023 -Company name has changed to Tamboli Industries Ltd. from Tamboli Capital Ltd..
