Company also invests in mutual funds of all types so as to have a balance of its portfolio which would garner it high returns with adequate safety. 2000 - Crisil has given a AAA (FSO) rating to the Company's Rs 50 crore debentures. 2005 - Mr. Davendra Ahuja has been appointed as Managing Director (MD) of the Company. 2011 -TCFC Finance Ltd has ecommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share. 2013 -TCFC Finance Ltd has appointed Miss Dipali Thakkar as New Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company. 2014 -TCFC Finance Ltd has informed that Ms. Kinjal Sheth has been appointed as "Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer" of the Company.
