Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to "Technichem Organics Limited" vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on April 30, 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on July 04, 2024, by Centralised Processing Centre.
