The compnay currently caters to the domestic and international markets with wide range of products made out of the PE Protection Covers and SpecialityCoated Fabrics. 2016 -Texel Industries has launched its website www.geotexelin.com. 2019 -Texel Industries Ltd has informed BSE regarding "Launch of new product". 2021 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 55:92 at a premium of Rs. 30 per share. -The Company has received an 'Award of Sustainability' for innovation in water conservation and creating sustainable livelihoods in 'Gujarat MSME's Virtual Samellan Samman' organized by the Knowledge Chamber of Commerce & Industry in association with others2022 -With a commitment to international growth, Texel introduced six new products to the export market, expanding its global presence. 2024 -Texel Industries underwent a strategic rebranding, unveiling a refreshed identity that reflects its vision for the future and continued leadership in the geosynthetics industry.
