The Company is promoted by Chemitex Corporation established Pharmaceutical marketing Company, in association with Shri Rajen Desai Chemitex Corporation has been engaged in the field by chemicals and pharmaceutical items for the last 15 years. 2002-T ranschem Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors have accepted the resignation of Mr Mukesh Garach, an Independent Director.
