It was established as a software company but later on was diversified into the manufacture of fine chemicals. 2000 - The company had made a public offer to part finance its cost of expansion of infrastructure, meet the cost of marketing ERP products and establish branches in the US. 2004 - Name of the company was changed to its present name Tyche Industries Ltd. 2005 - The company commenced its commercial production from August 2005. - Tyche Industries Ltd dispatched its first export consignment of 5 tons of Glucosamine HCL in September 2005. 2007 - Register of members and share transfer books of the company remained closed from 25th September, 2007 to 29th September 2007, including both days for the purpose of payment of dividend and annual general meeting of the company. 2008-The company board has considered the payment of divided of 5% to the Equity shareholder. 2009- The company board proposed to pay dividend of 5% to the Share holders for the financial year 2008-2009 . 2010- The Company has proposed to pay a dividend of 5% to the share holders for the financial year 2009-2010. 2011-Board has proposed to pay a dividend of 5% to the share holders for the financial year 2010-2011. 2013 - Tyche Industries Ltd has received EU-GMP approval from German Regulatory Authority for 11 Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). 2016 -Tyche Industries gets USFDA nod for API mfg facility in AP -Tyche Inds gains nearly 20 pct on USFDA nod for AP facility.
