The Company till recently is involved in the business of share investment and short-term finance. - The company is currently engaged in the investment in shares and securities, short term financing etc. 1995 - The Company went in for a public issue of 10,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at par which opened on 18.4.95 and closed on 21.4.95. The issue was over subscribed by 2.3 times. - Further more, 7,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs 10 at par was reserved for the promoters of the Company and members of their family. - The Company has also entered the field of bill discounting for reputed companies. - Shri Binod Kumar Mehra and Shri Pramod Kumar Mehra, Directors of the Company retire by rotation and being eligible for re-appointment 1998 - Shri Ashok Kumar Bansal and Shri. Rakhal Datta, directors of the Company retire by rotation and are eligible for re-appointment. Sri J.R.
