The Company was incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name "Unihealth Consultancy Private Limited", under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on February 26, 2010. The status of the Company was changed to public limited, and the name of the Company was changed to "Unihealth Consultancy Limited" vide Special Resolution dated December 19, 2022 and resolution of the Board dated December 05, 2022. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on April 26, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
