It was incorporated by Mr. Krishna Murthy to manufacture Chrome Chemicals. 2006 - Company has changed its name from Keystone Industries Ltd. to Vishnu Chemicals Ltd. 2007 - On the same date board also recommended issuing 2400000 Equity shares under QIP (Qualified Institutions Placement). - Again on 21st June 2007 board had approved to issue and allotment of equity shares to raise funds up to Rs. 50 Cores under private placement. - On the same date board also approved the appointment of Shir. V S Raju & Shir. J Appa Rao, as Directors of the company who retires by rotation and offers themselves for re appointment. - The board of directors of Vishnu Chemicals Ltd had decided to increase the authorized capital of the company from Rs 16 crore to Rs 20 crore. 2008 -The board of directors of the company had decided to increase authorized capital of the company from Rs 20 crore to Rs 52 crore. -The Company Recommended a dividend of 10% on the Paid up equity capital of the Company. 2011 -The Board of Directors of the company has appointed Mr. P.
