V S Raju & Shir. J Appa Rao, as Directors of the company who retires by rotation and offers themselves for re appointment. - The board of directors of Vishnu Chemicals Ltd had decided to increase the authorized capital of the company from Rs 16 crore to Rs 20 crore. 2008 -The board of directors of the company had decided to increase authorized capital of the company from Rs 20 crore to Rs 52 crore. -The Company Recommended a dividend of 10% on the Paid up equity capital of the Company. 2011 -The Board of Directors of the company has appointed Mr. P.
