Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 21, 2024 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from "Vivid Electromech Private Limited" to "Vivid Electromech Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 12, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
