Ltd Basel, Switzerland, M/s Meanwandler Ban GmbH, West Germany, Messer's Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.Ltd., Japan. 2007 -WS Industries India Ltd has appointed Mr. Julian C Schroeder as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company. 2008 -WS Industries India Ltd has informed that the equity shares of the Company have been delisted from the Madras Stock Exchange Ltd (MSE). -W S Industries (I) Ltd has appointed Mr. K.S. Natarajan as Company Secretary and also Compliance Officer, with effect from January 03, 2008. - WS Industries India Ltd has informed that Mr. N Srinivasan has been co-opted as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2008. 2009 -The Company's new unit established at APSEZ, Duppituru Village,Visakhapatnam.
