A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on September 30, 2015 by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and consequently the name of the Company was changed from "Wealth First Portfolio Managers Private Limited" to "Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited" Company's Corporate Identification Number is U67120GJ2002PLC040636. MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY : 2002 -The Company was incorporated as DSFS Securities and Broking Pvt. Ltd. 2003 -The name of the Company was changed from DSFS Securities and Broking Pvt. Ltd. to Wealth First Portfolio Managers Pvt.
