Our Company was incorporated as `Yaashvi Jewellers Private Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated December 13, 2016 issued by Registrar of Companies/ Central Registration Centre. Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to "Yaashvi Jewellers Limited" vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on September 12, 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on December 13, 2024, by Central Processing Centre.
