Oberoi Realty Q1FY26 Consolidated Results

• Oberoi Realty reported strong pre-sales of Rs. 1,639 crore in Q1FY26, up 54% YoY. Carpet area sold rose 68% YoY to 3,53,250 sq. ft., while the number of units sold increased by 30% to 181 units.
• Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 987.6 crore, down 29.7% YoY and 29.3% below our estimate. EBITDA margin came in at 52.7%, down 531 bps YoY and significantly below our expectations by 798 bps.
• Net profit for Q1FY26 was Rs. 421.3 crore, a decline of 27.9% YoY and 29.4% below our estimate.
