Wonderla Holidays Q1FY26 (Standalone) results

  • Wonderla Holidays (Wonderla’s) revenue declined by 2.7% y-o-y to Rs. 168 crore, slightly lower than our expectation of Rs. 172 crore.
  • EBITDA margin declined to 45.6% from 56.2% in Q1FY25, missing our expectation of 54.9%. EBITDA declined by 21.1% y-o-y to Rs. 77 crore and adjusted PAT fell by 22.2% y-o-y to Rs. 53 crore, lagging our estimate of Rs. 64 crore.
  • New glamping pods named Isle has started operations from May 2025.
  • View: Overall, weak performance by WHL in Q1FY26. Details about footfalls and ARPU would be key monitorable. Currently we have Buy rating on the stock.
