Market Report- Global jitters weigh on Indian markets.

The benchmark indices opened lower on May 08, followed by weak global equities amid renewed US–Iran tensions and profit booking in tech stocks. Investors sentiment remained cautious amid rising oil prices and US-Iran tensions. At 9.25 am, Sensex slipped by 0.46% or 352 points to 77,501. The Nifty dipped by 0.42% or 98 points to 24,235.
