Hospital shares came under pressure amid Supreme Court scrutiny over cancer drug mark-ups and concerns surrounding a proposed uniform 16% margin on medicines, dampening sector sentiment. At 3.02 pm, Sensex rose 0.04% or 20 points to 72,543. The Nifty dipped 0.30% or 76 points to 22,639.
