Post Market Update- Indices end in red on weak sentiment

Indian indices-

Indian stock markets closed in the red on June 30, 2026, driven by selling pressure in IT and auto stocks, profit-booking after recent gains. Investors are now focusing on upcoming Q1 earnings and key global cues, including crude oil prices and US economic developments. At close, the Sensex was down 249.70 points or 0.33% at 76,478.67, and the Nifty was down 80.50 points or 0.34% at 23,865.75.

Rupee ended at 94.66/$ Vs. June 29 close of 94.54/$.

1. Godrej Properties gained 2.05% to Rs. 1,868, on acquiring land parcel in Chennai with Rs. 500 crore revenue potential.

2. Shilpa Medicare jumped 4.32% to Rs. 598.55, after its wholly owned subsidiary, Shilpa Biologicals, signed a co-development and supply agreement with Finland-based Orion Corporation.

3. Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) surged 4.23% to Rs. 207.05, after the company announced that it has entered into a five-year agreement with APAC Financial Services.
