Indian indices-

Indian stock markets saw a dramatic sell-off, with the Sensex and Nifty 50 both plunged over 2% on March 27, 2026, as global geopolitical risks took center stage. All sectoral indices closed in the red. At close, the Sensex was down 1,690.23 points or 2.25% at 73,583.22, and the Nifty was down 486.85 points or 2.09% at 22,819.60.

Rupee ended at a record closing low of 94.81/$ Vs March 25 close of 93.98/$.

1. Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd jumped 5.23% to Rs. 6944.85 on large order win.

2. Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd declined 4.68% to Rs. 303.20, after reports suggest another production halt at JLR plant.
