Bajaj Auto aims to acquire KTM

Bajaj Auto stated that it intends to fully acquire Austria's KTM via a subsidiary. Through its arm, Bajaj will provide €600 million to KTM to aid its restructuring and revival.  The Indian two-wheeler major said the development offers a larger role for Bajaj Auto in the future of the KTM business, which offers 'potential to unlock a triad of opportunity' ranging from global growth, brand elevation, and technology leadership.
