Exicom Tele-Systems raises fund through rights issue

Exicom Tele-Systems announced that the board of directors at its meeting held on June 25, 2025, has approved for raising of funds through the issuance and allotment of equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 260 Crores, on a Rights Issue basis ("Rights Issue"), to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company, as on the record date (to be determined and notified subsequently), on such terms and conditions.

At 2.31 pm, Exicom Tele-Systems was trading at Rs. 204.70, up by 11.84%, with a volume of 2.33 lakh shares on the BSE.
