HDFC Bank to mull special interim dividend, bonus issue

HDFC Bank at its board meeting held on July 19, 2025, will consider the following:

1. Declaration of a Special Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Bank, for the Financial Year 2025-26; and

2. Issue of bonus shares in accordance with the applicable provisions and subject to approval of Shareholders of the Bank.

The board will also consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

At 10.59 am, HDFC Bank was trading at Rs. 2,005, up by 0.43%, with a volume of 1.03 lakh shares on the BSE.
