ICICI Bank nod acquisition of additional stake in ICICI Prudential AMC

ICICI Bank at its Meeting held on June 27, has approved purchase of up to 2.0% additional shareholding in the ICICI Prudential Asset Management
Company Limited. This purchase will primarily be towards maintaining the Bank's majority shareholding in the event of grant of stock-based compensation by the Company. The above will be subject to receipt of requisite approvals.

At 12.23 pm, ICICI Bank was trading at Rs. 1,448.90, up by 0.67%, with a volume of 0.95 lakh shares on the BSE.
