Intellect Design enters into a Joint Venture arrangement with Fintel PLC (UK)

Intellect Design Arena at its meeting held on March 16, 2026, has approved the proposal to enter into a joint venture arrangement with Fintel PLC (UK), to establish a joint venture, based on the review and recommendation of the Audit Committee.

This Joint Venture entity is proposed to be incorporated in the United Kingdom.

At 3.16 pm, Intellect Design Arena was trading at Rs. 644.90, down by 2.33%, with a volume of 0.21 lakh shares on the BSE.
