Sterlite Technologies has approved the opening of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) on June 24, 2026, with a floor price set at Rs 613.69 per equity share. The company may offer a discount of up to 5% on this floor price in consultation with lead managers. The Rs. 2,000 Crore QIP will help Sterlite Tech reduce debt and invest in high-growth AI connectivity projects.
