Waaree Energies to offload 2.4% stake in Indosolar via OFS

Waaree Energies announced that Waaree Energies, being the Promoter of Indosolar proposes to sell 10,00,000 equity shares of Indosolar (representing 2.40% of its issued and paid-up capital) in order to comply with the minimum public shareholding ("MPS") requirement.

The OFS will be conducted via the stock exchange mechanism on July 10, 2025, for non-retail investors and on July 11, 2025, for retail investors.

At 11.05 am, Waaree Energies was trading at Rs. 3,134.45, up by 0.48%, with a volume of 1.43 lakh shares on the BSE.
