The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U31908MH2010PLC208016.Major events in the History of the Company :2010- Incorporation of the Company- Taken over the running business of M/s Cospower Corporation (Partnership concern of the Promoters) along with its assets & liabilities vide Agreement of Takeover dated December 01, 20102017- Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management system for design, manufacturing, supply, commissioning and consultancy for electrical and mechanical equipment.2018- Awarded ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management System2020- Awarded ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System- Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company
