The status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was further changed to "Deep Polymers Limited" by a special resolution passed on March 06, 2018. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the Company on April 6, 2018, by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad at Gujarat.
