Thereafter, our Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General meeting held on September 01, 2025 and the name of our Company was changed from "G V Electricals Private Limited" to "G V Electricals Ltd" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 04, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
