Further, the name of our company was changed to `Jyoti Global Plast Private Limited' pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our shareholders held on April 23, 2022, consequent upon which, a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 11, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Subsequently, our company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our shareholders held on October 25, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to `Jyoti Global Plast Limited' with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 30, 2024, issued to our Company by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
