Manas Power and Infrastructure as per the business transfer agreement dated January 25, 2024 along with the assets and liabilities of the proprietorship concerns as going concern in terms of the business transfer agreement.Major Key Events, Milestone and Achievements of the Company :2024- Incorporation as Public Limited Company in the name of "Manas Polymers and Energies Limited"- Took over the business of proprietorship concerns M/s.
