The Company was incorporated on 16th November, 1988 as Nouveau Consultancy Services Private Limited, under the Act. The Company was later issued a fresh certificate of incorporation, on 10th February, 1995, by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, consequent to the change of name to Nouveau Finance pvt. Ltd. It was later converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Nouveau Finance Limited by passing a Special Resolution in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 24th June, 1995 and a fresh Certificate of, Incorporation was obtained from the Registrar on 11th July, 1995. To carry on the business as Advisors and/or consultants in the fields of finance, production, personnel, marketing, administration, processing, storage, legal, accounting, distribution and offering technical know-how, training of personnel to any authority Government/Semi-Government/Municipal or otherwise and to develop establish and practice latest/improved methods and procedures, guidelines, technics for industrial, commercial, business and/or administrative purposes. 2. SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY: Nouveau Finance Limited is a Member of Capital Market Segment of National Stock Exchange of India and doing broking business. However, in view of stipulation made by the National Stock Exchange of India for exclusivity of the broking business. Nouveau Finance Limited formed a wholly owned subsidiary company, Nouveau Shares & Securities private Limited (incorporated on October 20, 1994) to carry out such braking activities. The company applied to National Stock Exchange to transfer its NSE membership card in the name of its Subsidiary and the same has been received as on 5th September, 1995.
