Pushpanjali Tradelink Private Limited was merged with PFPL pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation as approved by the High Court of Calcutta vide order dated July 08, 2014.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2005Incorporated as Purv Flexipack Private Limited to trade into petroleum products across flexible packaging film, inks, adhesives, pigments, etc.2005Started distribution of Polyester, BOPP & Metalized Films for SRF Ltd. Collaborated with Poddar Pigments Ltd. for distribution of master batches.2008Expanded and opened branch in Guwahati. Added inks in the portfolio from Uflex Ltd.2013Added Titanium Dioxide in the portfolio from Tronox Ltd.2017Became the Del Crede Associate (DCA) cum Consignment Stockist (CS) of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. for PP & PE Granules for Kolkata region.2018Added Solvent less adhesive from Brilliant Polymers Pvt.
