Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to `Pyramid Technoplast Limited' upon conversion into public company, pursuant to shareholder's resolution dated February 10, 2023. and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on March 29, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
