The status of the company was changed to public limited company and the name was thereafter changed to its present name Star Delta Transformers Limited on July 12,1995. 2012 - The Company successfully commissioned its Phase 1(0.5 MWp) Grid-connected Solar Power Generation Plant at Rajgarh, MP. The 0.5 MWp Solar Power Plant is capable of generating 8 Lakh units of electricity each year alongwith 800 REC which are tradable in Electricity Exchanges like lEX, PXIL, etc. 2013-Star Delta Transformers Ltd has recommended a divided of Rs. 0.50 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10.00 each. 2015-Star Delta Transformers its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange .
