Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our company in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 11, 2024, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to `Vigor Plast India Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on November 27, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
