Info edge Q1FY26 Results (Standalone)

• Info Edge standalone revenues stood at Rs. 736.4 crores, up 7.2% q-o-q/15.3% y-o-y beating our estimates of Rs 725 crore.
• Standalone Billings for the company grew by 11.2% y-o-y and stood at Rs 644.2 crore. Billings in the recruitment business grew by 9.0%, while the non-recruitment portfolio, 99acres (real estate), Jeevansathi (matrimony), and Shiksha (education), combined recorded growth of 17.6%..
• EBITDA margin was flat sequentially but contracted 130 bps y-o-y to 37.7% missing our estimates of 40.2% owing to higher Advertising & Promotion cost and Other expenses. Adjusted PAT stood at Rs 259.6 crore, up 4.9% q-o-q/ up 11.8% y-o-y.
• Business growth moderated in Q1FY26. The recruitment segment was impacted by geopolitical headwinds and a sectoral slowdown towards the end of the quarter. The non recruitment portfolio continued to progress well with 18% billings growth, market share gains, and reduced cash losses.
