The benchmark indices continued to trade lower on July 24, 2026, as rising crude oil prices, escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, weak global market cues, and persistent foreign investor selling weighed on investor sentiment. At 9.25 am, Sensex slipped by 0.71% or 559 points to 75,839. Nifty dipped by 0.73% or 159 points to 23,709.
