Market Report- Markets trade lower on weak global indices

The benchmark indices began the last trading session of the week on a negative note on November 07, 2025, as selling being witnessed in the Asia and US markets (overnight). Majority of the index heavyweights were trading lower, and all the sectoral indices were trading in red, suggesting a broad-based decline across the market. At 9.25 am, Sensex slipped by 0.72% or 601 points to 82,717. The Nifty dipped by 0.68% or 170 points to 25,337.

Rupee opened at 88.66/$ Vs. November 06, close of 88.61/$.
