Market Report- Markets trade with gains. Sensex up 200 points

The benchmark indices were trading with gains on October 14, 2025. Majority of the index heavyweights were trading in green. At 9.21 am, Sensex rose by 0.26% or 209 points to 82,530. The Nifty gained 0.25% or 65 points to 25,295.

Asia-Pacific region traded mixed, diverging from Wall Street's strong rally after President Donald Trump softened his stance on China.

European stocks closed preliminarily higher on October 13, with mining stocks rebounding as traders kept a close eye on a new trade dispute brewing between the US and China.

US Markets ended higher on October 13, 2025, Nasdaq up 2%, S&P 500 posts best single-day gain since May 27.
